Well, its official! I’m the proud owner of Jurassic Jeep 12! (almost). Still need to apply decals tonight, lower it back to stock, and install the 4 Jabsco Marine Boat Lights on top. But we’re almost there! Over the weekend I put the bumpers, whip antennae, winch, and soft top on. Then took a day to rip out the old interior and put in freshly steamed Sahara carpet.

Then, mounted the rear Amber KC Fog Lights

Can’t wait to throw all the decals on tonight!

Absolutely amazing. Always wanted to do this, but have lacked the time and talent. I have had 2 YJ wranglers, one of which I planned to paint and clean it up to do this.

Thanks! It’s definitely a labor of love. Especially with finding all the screen accurate parts for a movie car thats close to 23 years old, takes twice as long haha.

Well yea, I get the square headlight hate. But even with all the quirks and awful Chrysler elecronics, its a joy to drive.

I’m not saying they are bad, I was was just saying why the YJ hate.

I had 2 97 TJs one 2.5 then a 4.0

and where a blast to drive, even though they had even more awful Chrysler in them.

the 2.5 was slow as fuck, and to make things worse it had 31s on it.

the 4.0 was great even with the 35s it had.
